We encourage you to place your order irrespective of you have their contact number or not. That said, if you cannot provide us with the phone number, we might not be able to guarantee that your delivery will be done within a specific date. Our practice involves contacting the receiver to establish a delivery date and time and if we do not have their number, we will only have to keep trying and hoping we meet them at home.

If he/she isn’t home at the time of delivery and we do not have their number, you will have to indicate how you would want us to proceed with the delivery:

• Leave a note with our contact at the door
• Leave a message with the neighbours
• Attempt redelivery (additional fee will apply)

The answer to this can be given in the “special instructions” section of the order form.

In most cities, our delivery hours are between 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., however, upon special requests, we could make exceptions and deliver outside this time frame.

Kindly specify in the comment section if you intend to have a surprise delivery without contacting the recipient. If you opt for this feature, we will arrange a date for the delivery without giving up any information on the content or its sender.

Please note: the timeliness of the delivery may be compromised if the recipient is not at the designated delivery address. This is because we have no control over the movement of the recipient and as such, cannot guarantee that they will be home as at time of delivery. We may have to make several attempts at delivery and some perishable items like flowers may fade during this multiple attempts. The way we will deliver your gifts, they will be a surprise to the recipient; this we can guarantee!

For certain reasons, we cannot assure you of the digital picture in any location. They include:

• The recipient may choose not to accept a picture delivery. In this case, we will offer a refund in form of store credit if you have already paid for the picture.
• At the scheduled point and time of delivery, the recipient might not be present and we have no power over this.
• Due to the lack of quality photo equipment in some circumstances, we may not be able to guarantee that the picture can be made in certain locations.

We will issues refund in form of store credit in situations where the recipient declined our request to take a picture. The store credit will be saved as a coupon, which can be used for payment on your next order. For certain locations, we will only charge you for the photo after the picture is made. If we aren’t able to make the photo for any reason, you will only be charged for the total of the goods and the delivery cost.

You have the opportunity to do so on a Gift Card ordered with your bouquet. You will be given the opportunity to do this at the point where you will be asked to supply the address information at the checkout. We also offer message translation services free of charge. Ensure your message is concise and shouldn’t exceed 100 words.

Only the name and address of the recipient is given to the florist. You must also know that your credit card details are not stored in our web server.
